Well-Child Exams
Routine check-ups are key to your child’s growth, development, and long-term health. These visits allow for early detection of any physical, mental, or developmental concerns—and ensure your child stays up to date on recommended vaccines.
Each exam typically includes:

School & Sports Physicals
We provide the physicals required for school entry and participation in sports. These quick, focused visits ensure your child or teen is healthy and ready to safely join school or athletic activities. Bring any required school forms, and we’ll take care of the rest.
CDL Physicals
Commercial drivers are required to complete a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical to obtain or maintain a CDL. Our certified provider conducts thorough CDL exams that meet DOT requirements, including:
- Vision and hearing check
- Blood pressure screening
- Urinalysis
- Physical exam and medical history review
